GRID, the leading game data and technology platform, has officially acquired the intellectual property assets of Bayes Esports following the company’s liquidation.
The acquired technologies will be fully integrated into GRID Bet, GRID’s dedicated division for regulated esports betting.
This acquisition brings under GRID’s umbrella a suite of strategic technologies developed by Bayes over the past decade, including advanced live data trading systems, predictive modeling frameworks, and innovative fan engagement tools. By incorporating these assets into the GRID Data Platform, GRID will now deliver enhanced products powered exclusively by official esports data, available solely through its ecosystem.
The move not only strengthens GRID’s technological capabilities but also accelerates innovation across its entire portfolio. In particular, it bolsters the GRID Bet offering, providing a more robust and comprehensive solution for regulated esports betting operators worldwide.
