I simply clicked their ‘Contact Us’ button at the bottom of the page to be taken to their contact page. My favourite method they offer is their contact form, where I can simply fill in my details and a query to get in touch with the team.
There’s also a very large number of emails that users can contact, including ones for specific team members.
Email isn’t my favourite method as I find it usually takes a bit longer to get a reply, but it’s still good to have a way to contact individual team members directly. Social media handles are also available if players want to contact them using those.
Where did CasinoTopsOnline lose a star?
While there is a good range of contact methods on offer at CasinoTopsOnline, they’re missing something like a live chat or a helpline where players can get instant answers to their questions. In an industry that moves as quickly as online casinos, I feel there needs to be a way for users to get a response from the site immediately.

They also didn’t get the full five stars because nothing is perfect! There were a couple of reviews that offered some criticism for the site. I noticed comments saying that they would love it to be an app, which I also think is a really good idea.
